We occasionally may send e-mail notices of sales to our customers. Payment Policy All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information on-line you have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. You may call 1-877-737-0554 Monday - Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm CST. If you are sending in your order during off hours please call the following business day with your credit card information. You also have the option of placing your order and paying by check. You can print off your order and send it in along with your check. Please allow an extra 7 to 10 days for your check to clear before order can shipped. All material must be paid in full prior to delivery/shipping. Shipping Policy Prices listed do not include shipping charges. Merchandise will be shipped by either UPS, Fed Ex, or Roadway depending on the weight of the merchandise ordered. All merchandise shipments will be insured. Please check your merchandise upon delivery and report any damage immediately to the carrier and to Chadder & CO, USA. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. (If you would like to receive your merchandise in less time you may have it shipped by air freight for an additional shipping charge. Please call 1-877-737-0554 for details.) All orders are subject to tax, freight, and delivery/shipping charges. Freight quotes are provided upon request. Return/Cancellation Policy We will warrant problems or damage that may occur during installing using our plumbing fixtures only if the installation is being done by a licensed plumber. Please have the plumber document any problems that may occur in writing and contact us as soon as possible. We can not warrant or replace any merchandise that is damaged upon installation using non-recommended plumbing fixtures or if the installation is done by a non-licensed plumber. A minimum of 25% restocking fee will be charged for any returns or cancelled material. All returns must be made within 30 days and material must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. If merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact Chadder & CO USA as well as the carrier immediately to report any shipping damage. We have the right to refuse any returns that do not adhere to our policies. Personal Guarantee of Payment For and in consideration of Chadder & Co. USA extending credit to the buyer for materials, personally guarantees, unconditionally, (1)the prompt payment of any charges now or hereafter owed to Chadder & Co. USA by Buyer, whether said charges are or will be due under open account, contract or other arrangements between Buyer and Chadder & Co. USA, and (2)all costs of collection and measurable attorney's fees. The individual herein is guarantor. This Guarantee is an absolute, complete, and continuing guarantee relating to said extension of credit, and no extension, forbearance, release, adjustment, or modification of said extension of credit shall affect the undersigned's/buyers obligations hereunder. The undersigned/buyer understands and agrees that credit is to be extended to Buyer on a continuing basis and is binding upon Buyer, its successors or assigns and is subject to cancellation by Chadder & Co. USA with or without cause. Chadder & Co. USA shall not be obligated to notify the undersigned/buyer of the dates of amounts of credit extended to acceptance hereof, and notice of nonperformance of Buyer of any of its obligations or liabilities to Chadder & Co. USA. The undersigned/buyer shall not be released of its obligations as guarantor hereunder so long as any claim of Chadder & Co. USA against Buyer for charges resulting from the extension of credit after this date or charges presently owed by Buyer remains unpaid. No extension, modification, or any other charges concerning Buyer and Chadder & Co. USA shall release this guarantee. The undersigned/buyer agrees that this is a guarantee of payment, and that Chadder & Co. USA may pursue the undersigned/buyer directly for payment of guaranteed charges without first pursuing its claim against Buyer. In the event of bankruptcy by Buyer, Chadder & Co. USA may directly pursue the enforcement, the undersigned/buyer shall reimburse Chadder & Co. USA for all reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees and costs of collection, incurred as a result of the enforcement hereof. Buyer agrees on Cullman, Alabama as an appropriate venue to enforce this Guarantee which is made in accordance with Alabama law.
